ब्रह्मर्षि राज-रजवाड़े

•Amawan and Tekari Raj: One of the most renowned estates in Bihar. Raja Bahadur Harihar Prasad narayan singh constructed various temples around India. The present Raja Bahadur Raghvendra Prasad Naryan Singh, a fine example of the Raj era spends time between Patna and mussoorie.

• Bettiah Raj : The largest estate(areawise) in the province of Bihar. There were two-three other prominent estates which emerged out of Bettiah Raj at a later date. The most prominent ones are Sheohar Raj and Madhuban Raj, but all of them share the same ancestry. To get a complete picture of the family lineage of the Bettiah Raj and Sheohar Raj in particular, it is suggested to go through the book named 'Shaktapramod'.

• Sheohar Estate :
 Earlier a part of Sitamrih District, Sheohar is now a district in itself. The "Nandan Singhs" of Sheohar are now mainly residing in Patna/Muzaffarpur/Delhi

• Tekari Raj

• Ghosi Estate

• Hathua Maharaj : In Saran District of Bihar, they are close kin of Deoria situated Tamukhi Raaj. Currently its Maharaja is Maharaja Bahadur Sri Mrighendra Pratap Sahi is an Industrialist.

• Hardi Estate

• Parihans Estate : situated in Gaya District

• Tamkuhi Raaj : in Deoria District of EAST UP .One of the oldest hereditory rajas for more than 117 generations. • Babhangawaon Estate : It is situtaed at Deoghar District (Santhal Pargana) of Jharkhand. They are Chitpawan Brahmins migrated from Maharastra . They have a dominance over the area.

• Dharhara Estate

• Raja RajDhanwar : It is situtaed at Giridih District (North Chotanagpur) of Jharkhand. They are Chitpawan Brahmins migrated from Maharastra . They are well reputed and big landlords.

• Anapur estate : situated in Allahabad district.

• Jogani Estate of Muzaffarpur : Jogani Estate is located at south of Muzaffarpur district.



#काशी नरेश : Lt.Col. His Highness Maharaja bahadur Sir PRABHU NARAYAN SINGH Bahadur 1889/1931, born 26th November 1855, Maharaja Bahadur and HH (personal) [cr.1889], Maharaja (hereditary) [cr.1911], G.C.I.E. [cr.1898], K.C.I.E. [cr.1890], LL.D. , became a Ruling Chief in 1911. He died 4th August 1931.
Unfortunately , HISTORIANs played a wrong game by delimiting the sacrifice done by His Highness Maharaja Bahadur Prabhu Narayan Singh who donated his 1350 Acres of land to built world famous BHU . Even BHU or Varanasi official site fail to mention the name of His Highness Maharaja Bahadur Prabhu Narayan Singh who ruled the princely state BANARAS which had 13 gun saluate from 1889 to 1918 .
The proposal to establish Hindu University at Banaras was first made at a meeting held in 1904 under the presidentship of H H Maharaja Prabhu Narayan Singh of Banaras. Pt.Madan Mohan Malaviya, the prime mover of the scheme,dedicated his life to his work.The Banaras Hindu University Society was registered in 1911, and the Central Hindu Colleges was handed over to the society. The Hindu University was founded at 4 Feb ,1916(Basant Panchami, Saraswati Pooja) and it functioned from Oct 1,1917.
