He is a world renowned Sanskrit scholar who has deciphered Indus valley civilization script and has about 20+ publications to his credit. He is a gold medalist in B.A. & M.A. from Patna University. He retired from Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan as Deputy Director (Academic) with some time as Director also.
