‘Juvenile’ shoots dead UP history-sheeter Vicky Tyagi in courtroom

शार्प शूटर विक्की त्यागी की मौत भले ही सागर की पिस्टल से निकली गोलियों से हुई हो, लेकिन उसके पीछे अहम कारण अति आत्मविश्वास भी रहा। बड़कली सामूहिक हत्याकांड में उदयवीर पक्ष की 'रीढ़' टूटने के खम ने विक्की त्यागी को निश्चिंत कर दिया था। यह अहम कारण रहा कि विक्की त्यागी पुरानी बिसात पर सजे नए मोहरों को नहीं पहचान सका। सूत्रों की मानें तो गुर्गो की सुगबुगाहट को भी विक्की ने अनसुना कर दिया। विक्की के करीबियों की मानें तो 'फिल्डिंग' सजाने की खबर लगी थी, लेकिन वह विक्की के लिए थी इसकी भनक देर से लगी।

गैंगस्टर विक्की त्यागी की बधाई खुर्द के उदयवीर चेयरमैन व उसके परिवार से खुली अदावत भी सभी की जुबान पर आम है। दोनों तरफ से कई मर्तबा आमना-सामना हुआ, जबकि कई लाशें भी गिरीं। जुलाई 2011 में बड़कली में हुए सामूहिक हत्याकांड में उदयरवीर चेयरमैन समेत उसके परिवार के सात लोगों की मौत में विक्की त्यागी, उसकी पत्‍‌नी मीनू त्यागी व पूर्व प्रधान सुशील शुक्ला समेत कई लोग जेल गए। उदयवीर पक्ष की रीढ़ टूटने के बाद मुकदमेबाजी तो हुई, लेकिन सीधे तौर पर पेशबंदी पर लगाम लग गई। सामूहिक हत्याकांड के बाद गैंगवार या हमले की आशंकाएं जताई जाती रहीं, हालांकि ऐसा हुआ नहीं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, उदयवीर पक्ष के एक जिम्मेदार शख्स ने विक्की से मिलकर बीच का रास्ता निकालने का न्यौता भी दिया। सूत्रों की मानें तो विक्की सतर्क तो था, लेकिन सीधे हमले की बेफीक्री भी थी। यही टारगेट का टर्निग प्वाइंट साबित हुआ। जेल से गिरोह चला रहे विक्की त्यागी की बादशाहत को चुनौती और 'मूंछ' का सवाल बनते देख 'रंजिश की बिसात' पर 'मोहरे' बदल गए। आत्मविश्वास की अति और बदले मोहरों ने बाजी पलट दी।

संजीव जीवा की फील्डिंग का था अंदेशा

सूत्रों की मानें तो विक्की त्यागी के गुर्गो ने बड़ी वारदात की फिल्डिंग जमाने और अंजाम देने के लिए स्वचालित असलाहों के इंतजाम की भनक पहुंचाई थी, लेकिन विक्की त्यागी इसका सटीक विश्लेषण नहीं कर पाया। सूत्रों की मानें तो विक्की त्यागी को अंदेशा था कि वारदात की फिल्डिंग का शिकार संजीव जीवा है।

देर आए न दुरुस्त

छपार के कुख्यात रोबिन त्यागी के बंदी वाहन पर हमले में विक्की त्यागी का नाम सामने आया तो अनिल दुजाना और रोबिन त्यागी से भी पेशबंदी शुरू हो गई। चुन्नी लाल हत्याकांड में नाम आने और रिमांड की प्रक्रिया शुरू होने पर विक्की त्यागी और परिजनों के कान खड़े हुए, साथ ही गुर्गो की सुगबुगाहट पुष्ट होती दिखी। भनक लगते ही विक्की त्यागी और उसके परिजनों ने हत्या का अंदेशा जताते हुए चिट्ठी-पत्री कर दी। सूत्रों की मानें तो उसमें उन्हीं पर हत्या का अंदेशा जताया गया, जिनमें से अधिकांश मुकदमे में नामजद हैं।

गैंगवार रोकने को पुलिस का मंथन

मुजफ्फरनगर: पुलिस विक्की त्यागी हत्याकांड के खुलासे के लगभग करीब है। पुलिस का मानना है कि हत्याकांड का खुलासा होने पर जिले में नई गैंगवार जन्म लेगी। इस गैंगवार को कैसे रोका जाए? इसी पर पुलिस फिलहाल होमवर्क कर रही है। विक्की के हत्यारे के परिवार के अलावा वेस्ट यूपी के माफिया डॉन के गुर्गो व उसके चिरपरिचित धुरविरोधियों की घेराबंदी करने में पुलिस जुटी है। इसके साथ ही विक्की पक्ष के शातिरों की लोकेशन भी ट्रेस की जा रही है। पुलिस की कोशिश विक्की के प्यादों की मुश्कें कसने की भी है। इसके लिए विक्की के शातिर शार्प शूटरों की सूची तैयार की जा रही है। इसके तहत जेल में बंद मीनू त्यागी की गतिविधि पर नजर रखी जा रही है। इसके अलावा वेस्ट यूपी के इस बड़े माफिया डॉन व विक्की के विरोधियों को चिंहित किया जा रहा है।

A history-sheeter of Muzaffarnagar district, Vicky Tyagi was shot dead during a hearing in the court of the additional district and sessions judge on Monday afternoon.

The killer, who claimed to be a juvenile and was wearing a lawyer’s uniform, was caught soon after he fired several gunshots with a .30 bore pistol killing Tyagi (38) on the spot. In April last year, he had escaped from Muzaffarnagar juvenile home, where he was kept after he allegedly killed the husband of his village’s pradhan following an enmity in July, 2013. He was untraceable since then.

The boy, who belongs to Shamli district, was held guilty in the murder case along with his brother, who is still absconding. He was caught and shifted to a juvenile home after court declared him a minor.

The youth told the police after he was caught that he had come to know that his rivals had given Tyagi a contract to kill him and his family members. Before Tyagi could have planned the strike, he killed him, he added.

Meerut Zone IG Alok Sharma said the court proceedings were on when the shooter fired at Tyagi. He said the killer has claimed he is a juvenile and was born in June, 1997. Police will seek opinion of medical experts to determine his age, Sharma added.

Tyagi had been brought to the Muzaffarnagar district court for hearing in a case. Lodged in Muzaffarnagar jail since 2012, he was a history-sheeter of Charthawal police station and had 32 criminal cases, including several that of murder, pending against him.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar, K B Singh said they are verifying the killer’s claims regarding the motive behind the murder.

Station House Officer of Civil Lines police station, Chandra Kiran Yadav said that on Monday afternoon, policemen escorting Tyagi took him to the courtroom.

While the court proceedings were on and Tyagi was standing in front of the judge, the killer fired 14 rounds at him, he added.

Hearing the gunshots, policemen rushed inside the courtroom and caught the shooter. Tyagi was lying on the floor with blood oozing out of his body. He had sustained about nine gunshot injuries, Yadav said.

Tyagi was recently held guilty along with Muzaffarnagar riots accused Muzammil for planning the murder of local jail head warden Chunni Lal Sharma from the prison on December 5. He was also held guilty for the attack on his rival Robin Tyagi while he was being escorted to Bulandshahr jail in a police van after a court hearing in Muzaffarnagar.

One of the escorting police constables, Narendra Singh had died in the attack while Robin and other policemen were injured. AK-47 rifles were used in the attack.
