A Native of Vaishali District and very close Lieutenant of Sri Babu (Sri Krishna Sinha). He did a lot for Muzaffarpur in every field of Philanthropy after opening various Schools & Colleges. There is a science college named after him in Muzaffarpur, "M P Sinha Science College".
